UWAAHHH SO MUCH HAPPENED THIS WEEK! i'm very happy, you guys. i'm so happy, i could burst! :D this is going to be super long and even longer with pictures, so please bear with me! more pics on fb :D

i watched heroes for the first time! i went to a season premiere potluck/party at an upperclassman's apt. a lot of friends from gardenchurch/PASA were there - i didnt like the show itself. i didnt know who anyone was, and it was kind of overly melodramatic. yeah. but i hear tell that season 1 beats all. so i'll try it one day! after the first hour, some of us left to go to a PASA activity! BOBA RUN! we went to LA, a street called sawtelle, where theres a bunch of asian places. we went to volcano tea for boba, then a tokidoki store! <3, then a japanese discount boutique ($2 DS case!), then the market where jennifer stocked up on asian foods. (shes from chicago)

after my math class, sarah (senior, gardenchurch) took me out for lunch! we went to this thai place called cholada, because everyone raves about it. it was pretty good! my personality is pretty similar to sarah's, so that was nice. just to talk honestly about college and life and faith. she said i could go to their apt for dinner anytime :) (she hosted the heroes potluck!)

i found out that i got a 97% on my Western Culture midtermmm yayyyy!!!

handwritten part of my math test. i did pretty good.

excel part of my math test. I FAILED SO BAD ZOMG. excel was being stupid and it crashed and i lost all my work, and it wasnt working like it was supposed to! so... :/ oh well. it was victorias (roommate) birthday! so she went home and i got the dorm to myself all weekend :) friday night i went with gardenchurch people to broomball! i KICKED BUTT!!! i was pretty gooood. i even scored a goal once! the freshman/junior team beat the sophomore/senior team by 1 pt! and jennifer was crazy. as in.. she was crawling around on the ice, on her stomach, and then she would run up to me and try to hug me! i was like 'uhh i like you but dont touch me!' haha yeah she was pretty high off herself. mann broomballing made me sooo sore though. and as of now its worse than yesterday. back, legs, arm... bleh. but soo funn!

i rolled out of bed, heated up some french bread pizza from costco (yayy ashton!) and then left for USC. it took me like 40 minutes and studying maps all week totally paid off! i made it there without incident. well, i did miss the entrance, but it wasnt too bad to turn around and come back haha. i snuck up on timo, movie-style. (this is too complicated to explain.) we got odwalla's, and went to his room. i mostly lounged on his bed as he worked. but we did take breaks to...

it was really chill and i enjoyed being around tim again. it does hurt me that he's so overwhelmed by all that he has to do. his workload really is unreasonable... but he's dealing with it the best he can. a few hours after i arrived, derek and calvin arrived. we tried to sneak up on them at tommy trojan. i forgot about the tommy cam, so i did some weird stuff... i hope nobody was watching it at the time... calvin raided tim's food and derek went to visit someone else. calvin tried IMing bernard pretending to be me, but i tried to type random stuff so that bernard would know something was off. "they always know somethings wrong when you do that" but calvin covered it up well, and then physically restrained further participation from me. - -' then calvin napped and i helped tim with some of his work and we talked a little. at 6, we went to dinner, and met jeremy (very good friend from church) there. the food at usc is okay. more variation than peppy, but i'm not crazy about buffet style. we also met the 'girl with the meal plan' haha. i had dessert! i never buy dessert at peppy! after dinner we left timothy to go work more, and we went to jeremy's dorm. then we left calvin there to spend time with jeremy, and derek and i went to whisky a go go, this nightclub in west hollywood. my first time at a club! i put some makeup/earrings on in the car. i like silver eyeliner :D. anyway, it was dark and we were moving and all i had was the kitty mirror ashton gave me - so i had no idea how it turned out. but it DID turn out good! i'm very proud of myself. i applied everything with such natural ease... and then derek turned and went "WHOA!" it was a total transformation! (lol) some of the people around the club were creepy, but it turned out okay. we were on the guest list so it was free. 8) i got carded! haha i was just going to tell him i'm under 21, but i just showed him my license. and then the next guy was like are you carrying anything? and i was like 'uhh i have my camera *pats pocket* and my cellphone *pats other pocket* ' and he let me through. but i saw some other guys get pat-downs. when i got in i was VERY pleased to see Tim Mok, a church friend who just went to SD. i wasnt expecting to see him so soon after he left! quite a few other church friends too. i also saw lauren modus and marvin cho! brian fang and arthur (church friend) were playing 4th. the other bands were eh. loud. haha. we cheered for brian (the only acoustic act) and then we left. we went back to usc to get my car and we both drove to park closer to jeremy's dorm. he HAD said that we wouldnt need to talk to the guard but we did. i was first. the guard said 'what are you here for?' 'um... a visit. to...fluor? (where jeremy lives)' 'i'm going to need to see some ID' (twice in one day! my ID has never gotten so much air) so i handed it to him. 'how long are you going to be here?' 'um... like an hourish?' and i showed him my parking pass from earlier 'i was here earlier, i'm just parking closer!' he walks back to dereks car and i guess finds out that derek is basically the same as me, so he comes back and says 'you can park right here in this little lot, you dont need to feed the meters because they already had dinner.' i laugh and act cute and innocent (like i have been the whole time!) and then he hands me my license and says 'youre not smiling in this picture!' 'uh... i was nervous!' 'well next time i guess' 'yeah...' haha so then derek got stopped but not for as long as i was.
at jeremys place, jeremy and calvin were playing chess on macbooks, after watching pans labyrinth. we waited for tim to get there, and then derek took tim/calvin home and i drove back to peppy, with NO traffic and singing at the top of my lungs to the Wicked soundtrack all the way!

woke up even more sore than yesterday! went to church and it was fun! they opened a new garden/lounge area so they had free lunch in celebration. right now i am going to write my international programs essay for my application!
