hello all you lovely, beautiful people whom i hold most dear...
This week has been pretty good! I left on Tuesday, so... Wednesday. :D
Wednesday was CRAZY! I went to convocation at 10am to get my convo credit for the week - some cool black guy read this modern poetry and it was so good! and funny! I had a 3-hour class from 11-2; Western Culture. AUGH! I'm glad I use my comp to take notes, or I would die f'sho. It is a LONG class. And I start getting super-hungry. I had lunch in my room (leftovers from the weekend finally ran out Weds) and then at 3, my RA, Taylor, showed me where Ralphs/CVS is. So now I can drive there without being scared :D
At 3:45 I picked up Eiichiro, Charles, and Jihan, and we went to Santa Monica to get Eiichiro's foot x-rayed. He has hurt it while attempting to wakeboard. - -' I was really scared because it was my first time driving there and you guys should know by now that I freak out in unfamiliar areas. But Eiichiro knows how to drive too so he helped direct me and we went there and came back without major injury. :D I survived! and I'm very proud of myself for it! When we came back, we ate dinner together and then Jihan/Charles went to play pool and I walked Eiichiro/carried his backpack up to his room so he could go nap. <- even though he already napped in the car. so cute when he's sleeping! I tell Jihan he's cute when he's not talking. Jihan likes to insult/mess with people - it's like having David/Estevan around, but... not. Because he's a tad bit meaner - than even Estevan (i know right?). Santa Monica was really pretty - I want to go again sometime. Wednesday night (i'm telling you! crazy day!) I went to a fellowship meeting with the garden church. It was in the upperclassmen towers (ooOoohh) and it was pretty fun! Thursday I had class pretty much all day, and then I ran into the Trio (what i'll probably call them from now on because i'm lazy) for dinner. Today I ran into them AGAIN at lunch, but I sat with a couple of people from my math class.
I'm not going home this weekend - and I expect my weekend to be PACKED! So expect a juicy update in another couple of days.
Pics are of our field trip to the Santa Monica Imaging Center (SO FUN! x.x) Especially because Ashton wanted to see the cute japanese boy with the earrings. har.
eiichiro is the loser with the crutches. charles is the whiny one in brown. and jihan is the jerk in blue.
